equipped apartment great communication provided towels hard bed external noise scalding shower
the apartment was clean and very well equipped. communication was great with the hosts. towels were provided for us all and toiletries were there too.
the bed was super hard. i was constantly woken up by sounds outside. the shower was either cold or scalding hot. there was no in between.

clean kitchen comfortable beds great location
room 8 (the box) was super clean including the kitchen area and bathroom. the beds were comfortable including the clever pull out bed. the location is awesome near liverpool lime street station, cavern club and albert docks, all under 10 min walks away.
the apartment was a little tired and needed some attention to decoration.

Acceptable But With Issues

hard bed temperature issues
The apartment was very clean and had all the equipment needed for a nice stay.
The bed was too hard and really uncomfortable. I didn't get any sleep. The shower had temperature issues. It alternated between cold and scalding hot. I ended up not using it. It's frustrating when a hotel room fails to provide the two basic things it should, sleep and a shower.

excellent accommodation

easy access clean apartment really good service
The apartment felt very new. it was quite clean. the service from nathan was really good. access by road is easy. it's a bit of a walk to the city centre.
I found the bed ridiculously uncomfortable. My partner had to sleep on the sofa. the pillows were super comfy. the bed ruined it for us because of how hard it is.

The hotel is near the university campus. multiple bus stops are nearby. a grocery store is only a 5-minute walk away. This provides convenient access to necessities and transportation options .

The kitchen is well equipped. a nice surprise was the lights. The many lamps allowed adjusting the lighting to any need. there are even some english programs in the tv. This adds entertainment options.

The spacious room felt quiet. it was also very clean. it had everything i could need, like an iron. it had an ironing board and spare bedding. Even a coffee machine with pods was available.
